General Sponsorship
General Conference Sponsorship benefits include:
Cost: $6,000
- Two complimentary registrations for company representatives. Additional registrations for Sponsoring company employees may be available, at the discretion of CBOE, for a discounted fee of $800 each.
- Two complimentary registrations for institutional investor clients (i.e. buy-side customer) who would otherwise be approved for the $800 special registration fee for Institutional Asset Managers by RMC organizers.
- Up to two pieces of company literature can be placed on the general conference sponsor table or in the conference bag.
- Notice of company sponsorship included in conference marketing materials and pre-conference notices and company link on conference website (following confirmation of sponsorship and receipt of payment).
- A one-page profile or advertisement included in the on-site Conference agenda handbook.
- Company name included on signage at conference.
- Pre- and post-conference attendee mailing lists with contact information is provided only to Sponsors.
- Authorization from conference organizer for Sponsor to arrange with the hotel for delivery of company item to delegates’ hotel room (charges for handling and delivery to be paid by Sponsor). Note: Hotel will not conduct a room delivery to RMC delegates without prior approval of the Conference Organizer.

Exhibitor Sponsor
Maximize the value of your sponsorship with an Exhibit space!
Cost: $8,500
- Exhibits are set up in the heart of the conference, outside of the main conference session rooms, adjacent to the registration and help desk.
- A limited number of spaces will be made available to provide an intimate setting and to maximize each firm's exposure. A maximum of 12 exhibitors will be allowed and spaces will be awarded on a first come-first served basis.
- Exhibitor Sponsors enjoy all the benefits of a General sponsor but with the benefit of ‘booth space’ to ensure face-to-face interaction with this highly targeted audience.

2013 Risk Management Conference Sponsorship Terms and Conditions
- Sponsorships are limited and will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis, at the discretion of the Conference Organizers (“CBOE”).
- General Sponsorship includes two complimentary registration passes for company representatives. Additional registrations for Sponsoring company employees may be available, at the discretion of CBOE, for a discounted fee of $800.
- General Sponsorship includes two complimentary registration passes for institutional investor clients of the Sponsoring firm who would otherwise be eligible and approved for the Institutional Asset Manager/End User/buy-side customer rate of $800.
- Application and payment must be received and approved by CBOE before your company name and logo will be included in any Risk Management Conference promotion or materials. Payment can be made by check, credit card.
- Sponsorship application and payments received after certain ‘due’ dates may be accepted; however it is not guaranteed that the company name will be included in printed promotional materials.
- Company name and logo will be added to Risk Management Conference website as soon as possible after application and payment are received and accepted.
