Rooms are not included in the registration fee for the conference and you must book your hotel room in advance.

For reservations, visit the Penha Longa website at: www.penhalonga.com and choose “BOOK ONLINE,” then click “OK.”

To receive the special group rate, fill in the GROUP CODE field with CBOECBOA, then “Continue.”

CBOE has negotiated a special group rate of 190 € per night single occupancy or 200 € per night double occupancy. This special rate is only available to registered attendees of the Conference and may not be offered for reservations made after 5 September. We encourage you to book early to ensure availability.

Hotel and transportation fees are not included in the conference fee. Hotel reservations must be made in advance, separately from the conference.
